Wieder gut geschmückt ist die Startliste des früheren Oxy HP Meetings mit Namen wie Rupp, Willis, Martinez, Rowbury, Centrowitz, Lomong, Levins, Gregson… USATF überträgt das Meeting Live (ob nur innerhalb der USA steht in den Sternen) und auf Runnerspace sollten die Videos vermutlich danach auch (eventuell nur innerhalb der USA) zur Verfügung stehen.

Einmal mehr in dieser Hallensaison ist das Nike Oregon Project unter Alberto Salazar zahlreich bei einem Hallenmeeting am Start.
Galen Rupp hat seinen Weltrekordversuch über die Meile abgesagt und nimmt stattdessen am Samstag beim New Balance Indoor Grand Prix teil. Nick Willis, Leo Manzano und Lopez Lomong starten ebenso über die Meile.
Dejen Gebremeskel, Hagos Gebriwhet laufen wie der Sieger vom Edinburgh Cross Garrett Heath und Sam Chelanga, Isiah Koech, oder Cam Levins die 3000m.
Oregon Projekt Mitglied Jordan Hasay darf sich nach einer tollen Meilenzeit und einen entsprechenden Post-Race-Workout nun über die 2 Meilen gegen Shannon Rowbury, Sally Kipyego oder Jennifer Simpson messen.
Mary Cain ist wie Treniere Moser, Ajee Wilson oder Viola Kiplagat über die 1000m gemeldet.
